Bookings made with Lacuna Ro Hair are subject to our Client Policies.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to:

Cancellation and rescheduling policies
Deposit requirements
Patch testing requirements where applicable
Consultation requirements
Timing and attendance expectations

A consultation may be required before certain bookings can be confirmed.

Results & Expectations

While every effort is made to achieve desired results safely and professionally, specific outcomes cannot always be guaranteed.

The health and integrity of the hair will always be prioritised.

Retail Products

Retail products purchased in a salon or online should be used as directed.

Lacuna Ro Hair Limited is not responsible for misuse of products or reactions caused by undeclared allergies or sensitivities.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice where necessary.

Gift Vouchers & Promotional Offers

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Offers cannot usually be combined.
Expiry dates may apply.
Promotions may be withdrawn or amended at any time

Gift vouchers are non-refundable unless required by law.

Monthly Cut and Finish Competition Terms

Individuals who subscribe to receive marketing communications from Lacuna Ro, including the Lacuna Ro Journal, may be automatically entered into the monthly Free Cut & Finish competition.

Competition Terms

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
Entry is available to individuals aged 16 or over.
Entries for each monthly draw close at 11:59pm on the final day of that calendar month.
Eligible subscribers at the time of the monthly draw closing will be entered into that month's competition.
One winner will be selected at random and contacted within 7 days of the draw closing using the email address provided at sign-up.
The winner must respond within 14 days of being contacted to claim their prize.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Lacuna Ro Hair reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Winners may also be announced through the Lacuna Ro Journal. Where appropriate, only limited identifying information, such as the winner's first name, will be used.
The prize consists of one complimentary Cut & Finish appointment at Lacuna Ro.
The prize must be booked and redeemed within 3 months of the winner being notified.
Appointments are subject to availability.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, products, or alternative services.
Travel and any other expenses associated with attending the appointment are not included.
One entry per person will be accepted for each monthly draw. Duplicate entries, false information, or fraudulent activity may result in disqualification.
Subscribers may unsubscribe from Lacuna Ro marketing communications at any time. Unsubscribing will not affect a prize that has already been awarded.
Lacuna Ro Hair reserves the right to amend, suspend, substitute, or withdraw the competition where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
By entering the competition, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.

By entering, participants agree that Lacuna Ro Hair may contact them regarding the competition and related salon communications, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Scavenger Hunt Terms & Conditions

Open to UK residents aged 16+. The gift card must be found and claimed by the person who discovers it. The scavenger hunt will close once the gift card has been found and successfully claimed, or at 11:59pm on 12/09/2026, whichever occurs first.

To claim the prize, take a selfie with the gift card, share it to your Instagram Story and tag @lacunarohair. If your account is private, please send us a screenshot of your Story via DM.

The winner must contact Lacuna Ro within 7 days of finding the prize to arrange their consultation. The consultation and full hair transformation must be completed within 6 weeks of the date the prize is found.

The prize includes one agreed colour service, cut and finish, with a maximum prize value of £250, based on the transformation discussed during the consultation. The prize does not include extensions, additional services or corrective work outside the agreed transformation. Any additional services or costs will be discussed and agreed with the winner before proceeding.

The final colour service will be agreed following consultation and will be determined by the condition, previous colour history, chemical treatments and suitability of the hair. The winner must provide accurate and complete information about their previous colour and chemical treatment history.

A consultation and required patch test must be successfully completed before the transformation appointment. The colour service will only proceed where the stylist considers the requested service suitable and safe for the condition of the hair and scalp. If the winner is unable to proceed with the colour service following consultation and patch testing, the prize may be forfeited and no cash or alternative prize will be offered.

The transformation is not available for Saturday bookings and is subject to Lacuna Ro's available appointment times.

If the winner does not contact Lacuna Ro within 7 days, does not complete the required consultation or patch test, or does not redeem the prize within 6 weeks, the prize will expire with no cash or alternative prize offered. Failure to attend an arranged appointment without the required notice may also result in the prize being forfeited.

The prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative and cannot be used alongside another offer.

The gift card must be found at the location where it has been intentionally placed. Participants must not enter private, restricted or unsafe areas, climb structures or cause damage to property while participating in the scavenger hunt.

Standard Lacuna Ro booking and cancellation policies apply.

Haircare Competition T&Cs

Open to UK residents aged 16+. To enter, you must follow @lacunarohair and tag a friend in the comments. Each eligible comment tagging a different friend counts as one entry. Entrants must be following @lacunarohair when the winner is drawn.

Entries close at 11:59pm on 12/09/2026. The winner will be drawn at random on 14/09/2026 and contacted via DM.

The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If no response is received within this period, Lacuna Ro reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The prize is a home haircare package selected by Lacuna Ro. No cash alternative.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
