While every effort is made to achieve desired results safely and professionally, specific outcomes cannot always be guaranteed.

The health and integrity of the hair will always be prioritised.

Retail Products

Retail products purchased in a salon or online should be used as directed.

Lacuna Ro Hair Limited is not responsible for misuse of products or reactions caused by undeclared allergies or sensitivities.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice where necessary.

Gift Vouchers & Promotional Offers

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Offers cannot usually be combined.
Expiry dates may apply.
Promotions may be withdrawn or amended at any time

Gift vouchers are non-refundable unless required by law.

Monthly Cut and Finish Competition Terms

Individuals who subscribe to receive marketing communications from Lacuna Ro, including the Lacuna Ro Journal, may be automatically entered into the monthly Free Cut & Finish competition.

Competition Terms

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
Entry is available to individuals aged 16 or over.
Entries for each monthly draw close at 11:59pm on the final day of that calendar month.
Eligible subscribers at the time of the monthly draw closing will be entered into that month's competition.
One winner will be selected at random and contacted within 7 days of the draw closing using the email address provided at sign-up.
The winner must respond within 14 days of being contacted to claim their prize.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Lacuna Ro Hair reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Winners may also be announced through the Lacuna Ro Journal. Where appropriate, only limited identifying information, such as the winner's first name, will be used.
The prize consists of one complimentary Cut & Finish appointment at Lacuna Ro.
The prize must be booked and redeemed within 3 months of the winner being notified.
Appointments are subject to availability.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, products, or alternative services.
Travel and any other expenses associated with attending the appointment are not included.
One entry per person will be accepted for each monthly draw. Duplicate entries, false information, or fraudulent activity may result in disqualification.
Subscribers may unsubscribe from Lacuna Ro marketing communications at any time. Unsubscribing will not affect a prize that has already been awarded.
Lacuna Ro Hair reserves the right to amend, suspend, substitute, or withdraw the competition where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
By entering the competition, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.

By entering, participants agree that Lacuna Ro Hair may contact them regarding the competition and related salon communications, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
