For everyday build up, apply to wet hair and massage from root to tip twice, leaving the second lather on for 2 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

For heavier build up, apply to dry hair first, gradually adding warm water to create a lather before rinsing. Repeat, leaving the second lather on for 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
